This program can also be
customized to meet certain criteria within the
organization. Emphasis is also placed on the reduction of
operating cost of the system. The service activities will
be direct and scheduled on a regular basis based on
manufacturers' recommendations, equipment location,
application, run time and our 30 years of experience. The
customer is informed of the program's progress and results
on a continual basis via a detailed service report
presented after each service call for review and signature.
How it works:
- Test and Inspect: On a scheduled
basis, KCC Services carefully checks the operating
conditions and efficiency of the building's mechanical
systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: This
includes cleaning, tightening, aligning, adjusting,
calibrating and lubricating the equipment. All scheduling
utilizes a tasking software so that KCC Services can
perform the correct maintenance at the proper time.
- Repair and Replacement: Job labor,
travel labor, parts procurement labor, and travel
required to repair and replace broken, worn and /or
doubtful components and/or parts.
- Top Priority Emergency Call Response: 24/7 response to any problem, any time.
