LIFETIME PROTECTION
This is an extensive program
designed to provide an ongoing, comprehensive maintenance
program for the lifetime of the contract and all renewals
thereof. The main benefit for the customer is the "Fixed
Budget" cost for a minimum of three years. The program is
also designed to help reduce the owning and operating cost
associated with the system based on manufacturers'
recommendations, equipment location, application, type run
time and our thirty years of experience.
How it works:
- Test and Inspect: On a scheduled
basis, KCC Services carefully checks the operating
condition and efficiency of the building's mechanical
systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: This
includes cleaning, tightening, aligning, calibrating,
adjusting and lubricating the equipment. All maintenance
is scheduled utilizing LINC's Laser software. This aids
KCC Service in specifying and scheduling maintenance
tasks by drawing form a database that covers all HVAC
equipment.
- Repair and Replacement: Includes job
labor and travel labor, parts procurement labor
(locating, ordering, expediting and transporting) and
travel and living expenses to repair, remove or replace
broken, worn and/or doubtful components and/or parts.
- Priority Emergency Call Response:
24/7 response to any problem anytime.
- Components, Parts and Supplies: The cost of components, parts and supplies required to keep the equipment operating properly and efficiently.
